Drinks at Siglo focus on classic cocktails, premium spirits poured in long drinks and aperitifs. Champagne of course is abundant, appearing within a short, well measured list of reds and whites drawn from the extensive cellars of the Melbourne Supper Club.
An eclectic bar food menu offers persuasive reason for snacks to be shared as you drink. Start with housemade rillettes or smoked salmon with crème fraîche and dark rye? Fluffy pork buns or chevap sausage rolls? If melt in your mouth slices of salty Iberico ham aren’t enough, crispy golden fingers of fried polenta are always much loved.
From our humidor, we are proud to serve a menu of fine Havanas. Noted Cuban heavyweights might include Cohiba, Partagas, Upmann and Punch, each attentively served at table and perhaps paired with a peaty single malt, XO Cognac or a barrel aged rum.
