Drinks at Siglo focus on classic cocktails, premium spirits poured in long drinks and aperitifs. Champagne of course is abundant, appearing within a short, well measured list of reds and whites drawn from the extensive cellars of the Melbourne Supper Club.
From our humidor, we are proud to serve a menu of fine Havanas. Noted Cuban heavyweights might include Cohiba, Partagas and Upmann, each attentively served at the table and perhaps paired with a peaty single malt, XO Cognac or a barrel-aged rum.
